Southern California Foreign Trade Zones, Inc. (SCFTZ)

Southern California Foreign Trade Zones, Inc. (SCFTZ) is a non-profit professional association charted by the State of California and the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(6). We are a group of Zone Users, Zone Operators and Zone Grantees that work in the Southern California region who support the growth of the FTZ program, the education and dissemination of FTZ information, the marketing of FTZs through workshops and serve the local FTZ industry and trade community as a single voice and advocacy group in dealing with federal agencies such as the U.S. Customs & Border Protection and the FTZ Board.

Mission Statement: It is our mission to represent the business community in the marketing, education and dissemination of information regarding Foreign Trade Zones. An advocate for our membership in communicating and representing this organization to international, local, state and federal agencies. It is our desire to look for ways to make the Foreign Trade Zone process more efficient and effective. To become a spokesman for the organization regarding all FTZ issues. Assist CBP (Customs & Border Protection) and FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) Board with any local disputes that might present themselves.
